Name of the Post : Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) (Stenographer)
Age Limit : Candidates age must be between 18-25 years as on 01-08-2013. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.
Qualification : Candidates must possess Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a Recognized board along with Skill test norms on computer.
Medical Examination Fee : Candidates need to Pay Rs.25/- non refundable through a Bank Draft in favour of PAO, SSB (MHA),New Delhi
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to General and OBC Category will be required to pay 50/- (non refundable) as application fee in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Accounts Officer, SSB, FTR HQ, Lucknow, payable at SBI Branch, Guwahati, Assam. No fee will be charged from SC/ST and Ex-servicemen candidates.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based on Documentation, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Tests (PST), Written Exam and Medical Examination.
