The Bank every year announces the recruitment for the eligible candidates in the post of Probationary Officers through its Young Bankers Programme conducted by the Manipal Global Education associated with it. The candidates who are selected in the concerned programme will be appointed as the Assistant Managers on successful completion of the concerned programme. Income Ranges: 3.71 lakh p.a.
Educational Requirements:
The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from any college /university recognized for this purpose. The minimum marks required for the qualifying degree is 55% for all the applicants.
Age Bar:
The minimum age eligibility required for the job is 25 years from the date of the closing of applications.
Manner of Short Listing:
The applicants in order to get enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services under the Manipal Global Education should appear in the online aptitude test and interview respectively. The written exam will be a two hours online test based on objective type questions on the following: Quantitative /Numerical Ability, logic & reasoning skills, Computer Knowledge and English Communication Abilities respectively. The candidates who are short listed in the aptitude test will be called to attend the Interview Round of Selection.
Application Method:
The applicants will have to pay Rs.3 lacs as the course fee after admission in the concerned programme. Online application for the recruitment has been made available at the website of the AXIS Bank.
