Indian Coast Guard Vacancy Details:
Total No of Posts: 04
Name of the Post: Assistant Commandant (Law)
Age limit: Candidates have born between 01-07-1984 to 30-06-1993. Age Relaxation is applicable for OBC/ SC/ ST candidates as per Govt of India rules in vogue.
Qualification: Candidates should have Degree in Law with minimum 60 % marks with 3 years degree in Law after graduation.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on Short Listing of Applications, Preliminary Selection, Final Selection, Medical, Validity of Selection, Reasons for Rejection, Merit List.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online form the website http://joinindiancoastguard.gov.in/reprint.aspx from 14-03-2014 to 22-03-2014 and take printout of admit card and filled application form with date and time of examination (2 copies) along with Original certificates of passing certificate and mark sheet of 10th class for date of birth verification, mark sheet and certificates of 10+2 examination, mark sheet and certificates of graduation degree, Proof of identity, Caste Certificate duly attested by the Gazetted Officer and submitted at the examination centre. Second copy without any enclosure is to be kept with the candidate as an identity proof during the selection procedure.

1. Logon to www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in and click on opportunities button
2. Read the instructions before filling online.
3. Select the post applied for.
4.Click on the ‘I Agree’ button and then click on ‘Online Application’.
5. Fill the online application with all the details.
6. On completion of filling application, check your filled details once again prior clicking on the Submit button.
8. On successful submission of the online application a Application/ Registration number will be provided to the candidate.
9.Take print out of two copies of the application with number generated by the system.
