Job description:
1. Monitoring the health of the infrastructure and ICT services of Deloitte ICT Services in the Netherlands.
2. Detect, analyze and log events, errors and alarms concerning the infrastructure.
3. Proactive and reactive escalation of (potential) disruption in our IT services.
4. Registration of incidents in our ticketing system for handling by our 2nd line engineers
5. Develop analysis, trend reporting and service level reports for each service or product.
6. Participate in activites during the montly maintenance window weekend.
7. The key skills required
Candidates Profile:
1. Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/Any graduate from any recognized university
2. Vocational education (or higher) with an IT component or comparable thinking and working level obtained in day to day activities.
3. Should have Considerable knowledge of IT infrastructures and associated protocols such as TCP/IP and SNMP.
4. Microsoft TS Certification on networking or server product.Knowledge of the following areas:
5. Microsoft Windows 2008 (R2) server
6. Nortel Networks Switch/Router environments, or other network environments
7. MS SCOM 2007
