21 Dec IBPS Clerk IV Review Evening/Afternoon Shift GA GK Questions: Institute of Banking Personnel selection is an agency formed on 1975 as Personal selection Services where it formed as a separate entity in 1984; its mission is to enhance the activities of Human Resources activities by conducting various exams required to get a bank job. Common Written Test (CWE) servers as a gateway for almost 22 banks by which the candidates can get a job in one of them. As it is a government job so many candidates show interest to attempt for this exam thinking of the benefits of a government job and also as it is secure job. The probability of success is 1 from 1000 so we can say the competition will be tough to get bank job as some lakhs of people apply for this. Even the institutes to provide coaching for these exams are increasing day by day. Sometimes candidates attempt more than once to pass in this exam as the competition is tough.
The candidates who pass in this exam will enter into the next step which is interview conducted by IBPS at various places and call the candidates for interview. Now we want to give you analysis about the afternoon session of IBPS clerical exam which is held on December 21st after asking the opinion of the candidates who have attended for the exam. As the sections are English Language, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge in which all the sections will be in two languages except English as it will be in English only. So many students say that they forgot some answers in tension, if you’re tensed remember one thing it is not the last exam of IBPS and there will be many in future.

Reasoning:
This section is not an easy section and we don’t say that it’s tough but depends on the topics in this section. Some topics will be easy whereas some topics will be time consuming and tricky, just read the question carefully then answer if you are sure about that, Coming to December 12th afternoon session exam this section is moderate and the candidates can score 30 to 35 easily which depends on your practice level, if you have practiced well then you have attempted well in this section. As the topics coding, directions, seating arrangements will be somewhat easy every time in this section and analytical reasoning, critical reasoning and data sufficiency will be time consuming as always.

English Language:
Questions in English language section will be English as to test the reading skills and knowledge about language, the topics will be para jumbles, error spotting, grammar, fill one word in 2 blanks…. Are the topics which will be easy for the candidates who read news paper and watch English channels. Coming to the exam in the afternoon session candidates said that they didn’t face much difficult in this section and completed in less than30 mins. Computer Language:
This section is somewhat easy as the questions will be on basic topics of computer where the candidates who have basic knowledge can easily answer the questions; in today’s afternoon session exam this section seems easy as the candidates have said like that. The topics will be about software, hardware, MS office and Windows. One can get a score of 35 marks in this section and can complete in less than 20 minutes as there will be no calculation part.

In this section the topics will be like simplification, profit and loss, data interpretation, speed and distance, time and work, simple and compound interest…. Which will be time consuming and tricky so the candidates said that they felt this section tough to complete and have attempted less question thinking about the negative marking. Candidates can get score up to 25 marks in this section.

General Awareness:
This is a vast topic and the questions will be on current affairs and banking sector which will not take more time but the candidates should completely update their knowledge to answer the questions. Other sections syllabus will not change as the calculation and formulas will never change according to time but some new techniques or shortcuts will be found.
