Hands on experience is negotiating the Rates with Consultants.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
Ability to Convert OPT /H-1 into Company full time employees
Thorough knowledge on Tax terms (W2 /1099 / Corp-Corp)
Good experience in complete recruitment life cycle.
Successful track record in technical recruitment/US Staffing.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates
Must have excellent communication Skills (Written & oral)
Must have Verifiable References from his/her previous companies to vouch their experience
Must have 2-3 pay slips from previous employer / company
Willing to work in Night Shifts
